My work at home mom experience is as an independent distributor for an international company. My company had an annual convention last month and I am very grateful for that “corporate” element of my home-based business. The training, camaraderie, recognition and professional support I receive are so valuable. The convention is not the only venue for these offered in my work at home situation, but it is definitely a very fun one!
I would encourage all work at home moms to find sources for training, camaraderie, recognition and professional support. There’s a reason the corporate world makes time for these elements – they are important for long-term success!
